DMCA Policy

Rehan Ahmed T20 World Cup respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Rehan Ahmed T20 World Cup service and/or website (the "Service") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified in the sample notice below.

This policy outlines the procedures for filing a copyright infringement notice and a counter-notification regarding content hosted on the Rehan Ahmed T20 World Cup platform.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Rehan Ahmed T20 World Cup Service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work. For example, a link to the original work, a title, or a description of the work. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide the URL(s) or other specific location(s) on the Rehan Ahmed T20 World Cup Service where the infringing material is located. Please include enough information to allow us to locate the material (e.g., direct links to videos, images, or articles).
  3. Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief: Include a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Physical or Electronic Signature: Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Rehan Ahmed T20 World Cup will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide a description and the URL(s) or other specific location(s) on the Rehan Ahmed T20 World Cup Service where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your Name, Address, and Telephone Number: Provide your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Rehan Ahmed T20 World Cup may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Rehan Ahmed T20 World Cup will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that Rehan Ahmed T20 World Cup will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.
